Conflict Management
Conflicts are a natural part of the workplace, and thus conflict management is an important skill to acquire and constantly improve. Different types of conflict management techniques include:

๐ Competition: to keep up the morale of both sides when nobody wants to compromise.
๐ Avoiding: to allow the conflict to die a natural death, by giving all concerned parties a cool-off time.
๐ Accomodating: to give the other party a chance to shine, in order to manage a potential conflict that could hurt the organisation.
๐ The best way to avoid conflict is to be stay vigilant and be aware of anything that could lead to a conflict, and adopt a rational approach before things get out of hand.
