Track your progress with weekly reviews

November 14, 2022

Moving from one goal to another may seem like progress, but it also leaves you feeling like you're on an endless rat race, and eventually makes you lose sight of your ultimate goal. It is important to hit the pause button regularly and review your progress to renew your motivation and tweak your strategy to achieve your goals. Jeanne Torre recommends a 10-minute weekly review to make sure you stay on the fast track to personal and professional success.

The best way to do a weekly review is to ask yourself some tough questions:

šŸ‘‰ What have I achieved on my blueprint this week? This allows you to keep sight of your goals and ensure that they don't get lost in the day-to-day grind of life.
šŸ‘‰ Where am I seeing results and why? While it's important to celebrate the wins, it's also important to understand how and why you made progress, so you can repeat the wins.
šŸ‘‰ What do I need to start or stop? It helps to step back regularly, zoom out and see what is helping you move ahead, and what is pulling you back.
šŸ‘‰ What can I do next week that'll create the biggest results? When your to-do list becomes overwhelming, it helps to stop and focus on any one task that will make the biggest impact towards your goal.
šŸ‘‰ Do I need to upgrade a particular skills How? Reflecting on your existing skill set and identifying the areas where you need to upgrade and polish your skills will ensure that you stay on the track to achieving your goals.
