Payment Terms & Conditions
This Pricing Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding participation fees, payment options, cancellation, and refunds for the Program.
Payment Terms:
Payment for the Program is due at the beginning and must be made via designated payment methods provided by Adaptiv.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Participants may cancel their enrollment at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation within the first week: No payment of fees.
- Cancellation after week 1 until month 5: Payment of fees as per the monthly schedule for completed months.
- Cancellation during the 6th month and before completion of the Program: Payment of full six-month fees.
The job guarantee refund will be considered null & void if the participant:
- Fails to complete projects and assignments successfully.
- Fails to follow the interview/qualifying process.
- Fails to apply for referred jobs actively.
- Misses career preparation sessions.
- Rejects a job offer facilitated by Adaptiv.
- Accepts another position outside of Adaptiv's job placement.
- Fails background checks associated with job offers secured through the Program.
